I have a a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change, am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and have a Certificate in Positive Psychology. I am qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and I offer my life and career coaching services in person and by phone, Skype, or Zoom to clients all over the world. I also give presentations and workshops on topics in positive psychology to schools, universities, and businesses.
By using the tools of positive psychology, I love helping guide people to find and pursue their passion, find and pursue more meaningful work, AND be happier in the process (because really, who doesn’t want to be happier?)!
